How do you prepare a quote for my event?
We first have a phone conversation or a in house meeting to discuss the details of your party, so we can create a menu which suites your tastes and budget requirement. After we have discussed your wants and needs we will email or fax a estimate.
How early do we have to book your service?
We require 24 hour notice.
Do you make gluten free, and other special dietary items?
We can prepare appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts according to dietary needs.
Do you travel out of town for catering events?
We do travel out of town for any type of event. We have been to Los Angeles to caterer a baby shower, we catered a wedding brunch in Santa Barbara and ventured to Napa for a rehearsal dinner.
What is the smallest party you will cater?
The smallest party we have catered was a Valentine’s Dinner for two.
What is the largest party you will cater?
The largest party we have catered was a Corporate buffet style dinner for 600 people.
Can I pick up food to go?
We offer food to go, rather if you want a few appetizers, side dishes to accompany your BBQ steaks or a healthy dinner for your family, you can pick it up or we can deliver.
Do you sell individual items, like your salad dressings?
We do sell individual items like our salad dressing, candied nuts or bacon wrapped jalapenos and many more items.
Do provide service if we want to cook our own food?
We do provide service only. If you enjoy cooking and you just need help serving your guest and keeping your party clean we provide professional servers for any occasion.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant we bring the restaurant to you. One Day!
Do you provide taste tastings?
We offer taste tastings for weddings and large events at a minimal cost.
How many appetizers is sufficient for a heavy appetizer party?
Two items from each of our appetizer categories, equaling 8 different items, depending on guests preferences or food allergies. 2 meat, 2 chicken, 2 seafood and 2 from vegetable and cheese.
